Quick answer

Everything the card covers

Chase Ink Business Unlimited travel benefits, amounts and filing deadlines
BenefitPays up toPerFile within
Auto rental damage$60,000incident
Lost or damaged baggage$3,000traveller
Baggage delay$300traveller
The deadline is the part most people miss. Comparison sites publish the amounts and stop there. A benefit is worth nothing the day after its window closes, and nobody sends you a reminder.

What each one means in practice

Auto rental damage

The entire cost has to go on this card. A partial payment does not qualify.

Primary when rented for commercial or business purposes; secondary when rented for personal reasons. Vehicles over $125,000 MSRP excluded; rentals over 31 consecutive days excluded.

Lost or damaged baggage

The limit is per person rather than per trip, so a family of four on one booking can reach $12,000 rather than $3,000.

Sub-limits apply: $500 for jewelry and watches and $500 for cameras and electronics. Those come out of the total rather than sitting on top of it.

Baggage delay

The limit is per person rather than per trip, so a family of four on one booking can reach $1,200 rather than $300.

It pays $100 a day for up to 3 days, not $300 at once.

Baggage has to be delayed more than 6 hours, measured from when you arrive rather than when the bag was checked.

What this card does not cover

Confirmed absent, not merely unlisted. This card carries no trip delay, trip cancellation, trip interruption and emergency medical. That comes from the issuer’s own eligible-cards list rather than from an assumption, which matters because several well-known comparison sites publish figures for benefits the issuer does not list at all.
